Coach Michael

Michael has been in the fitness industry over 10 years, and has a strong passion for helping the every day person become the best versions of themselves! He specialises in athlete development and has worked with a number of local sporting clubs, sub-professional, and professional athletes.

Michael founded South East Fitness Solutions in 2019 after working years in a commercial gym and his old garage gym! You’ll find Michael on the gym floor singing and not taking himself too seriously, whilst coaching his members to a high level.

Michael is always working on his personal development and working to provide the best service possible for the South East Fitness Solutions community!

Coach Narelle

Narelle started her fitness journey after having two kids, training simply to feel stronger and healthier in everyday life. Along the way she discovered powerlifting and the huge benefits that come from being strong, both physically and mentally. That experience led her to qualify as a personal trainer and start a second career helping others build confidence through strength training.

She has a strong interest in working with people who have never been to a gym before, focusing on gym-based training that supports real-life strength and long-term independence. Mobility, good movement, and safe lifting are a big part of how she coaches.

Narelle also competes regularly in powerlifting competitions across Melbourne and at a national level.

Coach Brayden

With a few years experience and a huge part of the SEFS community, Brayden has lots of experience in the gym through his sport and personal exercise.

He loves sport and is passionate about footy, cricket, swimming and many other sports. He loves getting to know clients on a personal level, and working with them to help smash out their fitness goals.

Brayden’s main focus is to make training enjoyable, whilst helping clients push boundaries and reach new levels in their fitness journey.

Coach Tom

Tom is a recent Exercise and Sports Science graduate and ASCA Level 1 accredited coach. He's had a lifelong passion for sport, playing football for most of his life, spending time on the basketball court, and recently the golf course. He's also a huge sports fan, following Richmond in the AFL, but always up for a chat about all things sport!


As a strength and conditioning coach, Tom wants to help clients of all ages and backgrounds achieve their personal fitness goals, and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

Coach Matt

With a background in Biomedical Science and a Level 1 ASCA Accreditation, Matt A.K.A ‘Stubbs’ brings an understanding of human performance and movement science that stands out from the traditional path.

Having competed in a range of sports from Australian Rules Football to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Stubbs understands the physical and mental demands athletes face. Stubbs’ coaching philosophy is rooted in helping people get the best out of themselves.

Stubbs is passionate about building strength, resilience, and performance in a way that not only supports athletic success but enhances everyday life via meaningful, structured, evidence-based training.
